Tembisan readers have their say:. what would you like to read in your newspaper?

Some community members behind the Tembisan’s new office based in T-Shad behind Tembisa Plaza next to the Voice of Tembisa (VoT) offices.

Reneilwe Sethapelo: “I am happy with the newspaper based right in our community because it is exactly what I was hoping for, to avoid to travelling long distances in order to be in touch with it. I am sure that the Tembisa community will have more opportunity to place their loved ones’ ads in the classifieds and I am hoping to see more job opportunity adverts as well. Some of us managed to find jobs through reading Tembisan. Currently, I am happy with the content in the newspaper.”

Sam Sithole: “Tembisan is one of the newspapers that I am relying on to access the information about the township. I wish it can go for print on a daily basis as our township is the second biggest location in Gauteng. I would love to read more about council stories, education, and general stories, especially crime reports because the criminal element is very high.”

Sam Dutja: “I am a sports person and I would like to read more about Tembisa sports leagues. And of course, I want to see more crime stories because that is how I mostly gain knowledge about criminal activity happening in the township. I would like to see more advertisements to get important information about companies and government, among others.”
